When attempting to estimate the total amount involved in buying and selling your house you should remember that the purchasers of properties require the following additional expenditure in the form of "Search Packs" through out Fast Track online facilities:

4 x Search Pack @ £175 (includes: local, mining, drainage and "Know Your Neighbourhood" searches)
